How do I sign up?
This marketplace uses Facebook or Google+ open ID for all your logins. Alternately, you can manually create a username using any other valid email address.
Do you allow guest checkout?
We currently don't have a guest checkout option.

How do I sign up as a shop owner or simply start renting out my items?
Simply click on the “LIST YOUR ITEM” tab on the top Menu Bar. 1) Sign up by using either your Facebook or Google+ account or manually sign-up using any other valid e-mail address. 2) Fill up your profile details. 3) Add a delivery address (your item will be sent to this delivery address when you book an item from CLiQUERS as a renter). 4) Link with your PayPal (this is the account that you will receive your payments for items you rented out). 5) Add your delivery options and/or your preferred pick-up location. 6) Click save.Congratulations, you are now a shop owner on CLiQUERS and you can start uploading your first item!
Can I denote my items in another currency?
No, unfortunately not. The current default currency on CLiQUERS is PHP, and we do not accept any other currencies at this point in time. Do set up your PayPal account in Philippines and configure the currency in PayPal as PHP. If not, you might incur additional charges arising from foreign exchange differences between PHP and the currency in your PayPal account.
Are there any subscription fees or listing fees on CLiQUERS?
There are no listing fees or subscription fees charged, so you can list as many items as your like. However, you will be charged a transaction fee for each transaction/booking made. Drop CLiQUERS an email to ask about the transaction fee.

Report a Problem

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password through either your Google or Facebook account. For manually created user accounts, simple click "Forgot Password" and a link for password reset will be sent to your registered email address.
I did not receive my item, what am I supposed to do?
If you did not receive an item, you need to make a report to the owner by contacting him/her directly. The item owner should address your concern and provide updates on the delivery of the item and its tracking information. If you find that the owner’s response is unsatisfactory, you can log a dispute in PayPal's dispute resolution center. PayPal may require additional information about the transaction including chat history, photos of the items and the rental terms and conditions. You should always communicate through the CLiQUERS website so that you would have the full audit trail of the transaction.
The item condition has significant discrepancies from what was stated in the item description. Am I able to get a refund?
If there are any significant discrepancies in the item, you should contact the owner directly. The owner will address your concern and offer a solution, such as offering a replacement or trading for another item. If both you and the owner have agreed on returning the item & cancelling the booking, you should take note of the following.You must return the item in the exact same condition in which it was received.It is your responsibility as the renter to pay for the return cost of shipping. You, as the renter, need to pay for any customs charges incurred on the returned item. If you find the resolution provided by the owner unsatisfactory, you can file for a refund in PayPal's dispute resolution center. PayPal may require information like the chat history, item description, photos of the item provided by both you and the owner, and any other information about the item that you and the owner have provided. You should always communicate through the CLiQUERS website so that you would have the full audit trail of the transaction.

Create and Edit Listings

How do I list an item?
You can list an item by clicking on “LIST AN ITEM” on the top menu bar and signing up as a CLiQUERS owner. Once you have successfully on-boarded as an owner, click on "Add Item” under the “My Shop” drop down box. Provide us with all the relevant details such as the item category & sub-category, name, rental duration, rental rate/fee, description, quantity, image and the delivery options. Once you are happy with your listing, click on “SAVE” and your listing will be published.So what are you waiting for? Start listing your first item on CLiQUERS now!
Can I add rental terms & conditions in my rental listings?
Yes. Here is an example of a Rental Terms & Conditions that you may use. Please feel free to edit according to your requirements as owner.---------[USE: The item rented should only be for personal use and should not be altered or modified unless expressly agreed between parties either via e-mail or correspondence between the owner (Name of Owner/Shop) & renter via CLiQUERS rentals marketplace. At any given time where the item is used for other than the expressly agreed or if an unapproved alteration has been made to the item, the rental contract is terminated. The item will be collected by the owner and any unexpired rental fee will accrue to the owner. Any damage that was caused, directly or indirectly by the alteration/modification will be subject to the provisions of this agreement under “Loss & Damage”] [DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit (as indicated in the additional charges) is required and should be selected upon check-out for the transaction to proceed. The deposit, together with the rental fee, will be charged to your credit/card or PayPal Account. Upon receipt of the returned item, the owner will refund the deposit to the renter within 24 banking hours. A Paypal refund may be done but PayPal refund processing takes 7 to 30 days. Refund via bank transfer or Cash is also an option.] [DELIVERY: Rented item can be delivered to renter either via meet-up/pick-up or via delivery through courier. The preferred option should be selected by the buyer at check-out. The meet-up/pick up date and details should be agreed by both parties. Delivery will be done within 24 hours from receipt of rental fee & deposit.] [RETURN: The renter can also return the item via meet-up, schedule and details to be agreed with owner. The renter can likewise ship the item back at the renter’s expense. If a 2-way delivery option was selected at original check-out, then renter should prepare the item for pick up on the designated date and the owner will arrange for the pick-up of the item.] [CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can only be made within 48 hours from the booking date and 72 hours from the start of the rental duration whichever is shorter. Any cancellations outside of the aforementioned window will be considered final booking and will no longer be refunded.] [LATE FEES: Late fee of 3% of rental fee/day shall be collected 3 days from agreed return date of the item. This will be deducted against the rental deposit.] [LOSS/DAMAGE: If the item is lost or severely damaged beyond repair, the renter will be billed and agrees to pay up to the full price of the item as indicated in the site (or the price given by the owner if not included in the original listing). Any other damage beyond the normal wear and tear of using the item for the rental duration shall also be chargeable to the renter; where the corresponding repair cost shall be deductible from the rental deposit.] [RENTAL RENEWAL: The rental agreement is automatically terminated at the end of booked period. Renter has the option to rebook the item though on or before the end of the rental period. The deposit requirement should no longer be selected at checkout.] [DISCOUNT & OTHER REQUESTS: Use the “enquiry” button to send a request/note to the owner. A special price/offer may be given at the owner’s discretion] [RENT TO OWN DETAILS: Pay downpayment (as indicated in the add on-charges section). The balance can be payable with a 3 or 6 months term. A link will be sent to you by (Name of Owner/Shop) via e-mail to pre-authorize the future dated payments. Item will be delivered within 24 hours from the settlement of the downpayment and the pre-authorization of the balance. Alternately, pick-up or meet-up schedule should be arranged separately. At any event where the renter/buyer fails to make the scheduled payment, the “rent to own” contract is terminated and the transaction will be subject to the normal rental agreement/terms.]

What are Delivery options?
Delivery options are a list of owner defined delivery methods that you can receive the items by. Some of the delivery options will have added cost which the item owner can set-up.
What are Pick-up options?
Pick-up options is a list of owner defined locations that you can pick-up your item from. It could also refer to the places where you can meet-up with the owner or its representative to get your rented item. These options will not have added cost.
Will I be charged any fees for booking an item?
You, the renter, will not be charged any admin fees by CLiQUERS. However, you are responsible for all other related charges and taxes (including shipping and customs) related to the item booking including and not limited to charges invoiced by the owner, freight forwarders or by the tax authorities.
How do I make a credit/debit card payment?
For each booking, you will be directed to the Payment section after you book and review your item. After selecting the items that you want to rent, fill in your delivery details which include your name, notification email, contact number and delivery address. If you are using an account, these details should already be pre-populated for you. Next, review the order details once last time before clicking “Proceed to payment”. Check the payment details and click “Pay now”. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. You can opt to pay by inputting your credit card details as required or log on to PayPal and pay using your PayPal account. Once the payment is done, you will be redirected back to CLiQUERS' site.
Are the credit/debit card payments safe?
CLiQUERS does not store nor handle any credit card details on our site. Our PCI level 1 compliant partners hold all your financial data securely; no one can access it, not even us!
How do I know that my online payment is secure?
CLiQUERS uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which ensures that all connections on CLiQUERS' server remain encrypted. This explains why the website address begins with “https” instead of “http”. Our website and app is secured using a RapidSSL Wildcard Certificate. This ensures all information you send using our app will be encrypted. Please click the “padlock” icon on the web browser for more details on the security certificate. CLiQUERS also do not store any credit card details and payments are processed through PayPal. Our PCI level 1 compliant partners hold all your financial data securely; no one can access it, not even us!
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
All bookings made on CLiQUERS are considered to be final and binding. Thus we do not accept any booking cancellations once the booking has been paid.Please contact the owner directly if you need to have your booking cancelled. It is up to the owner’s discretion whether he/she will allow a cancellation and provide a full refund excluding any transaction fees that have already been incurred. In addition, do note that the admin fee collected by the CLiQUERS is a fixed commission for facilitating a rental booking and thus will not be refunded.However, in rare cases where the actual item has significant discrepancies from the item description or is undelivered, please refer to our dispute policy below.
